I got this guys number his name is diego duran phone number is  773-637-9149 or 773-726-7571.  I aslo have the number of a guy who makes tacos al vapor (steamed meat)  708-656-5130 or 708-222-0596 ask for miguel or guillermo. another option is going to  maxwell street on Sunday and asking some of the cooks.  Some of them even have signs.
