Does anyone know a computer game that allows you build homes, stores and stuff get destroyed by fires n stuff?

the game allows you to build houses, restuarants, and stores, you can also cause damage to buildings by fires, earthquakes and stuff. Also when put a building down little people start to walk out of it and stuff. i think it came out during the 1990's but i dont remember the of it...please help?

um its not like what you said but you get to build huts and stuff there are virtual villagers 1,2,and 3 and last there is a game you have to buy called school tycoon you get to build classes and skate parks arcades,etc. and you get to do challenges and you can buy it at your local game trader
