Does anyone know a cycling club/program for youths?

hi im 14 and i want to join a bike program for competition. i live in toronto canada. does anyone know a cycling club/program? i really want to join a program. thx

Go to your local bike shop and ask them.  They are your best source of information on the local biking scene.

In my hometown, all of the bike shops are involved in various road and Mountain bike group rides/races/etc.  Everyone from kids to seniors.
