Does anyone know a driving school in south carolina that has a course under $500?

One of my friends is going to driving school and their parent had to pay $650 for a 8 week course.... i was wondering.... is there possibly anything cheaper than that????

Driving school here is CA cost less than $200, and CA is supposed to be more expensive than most anywhere else.
