Does anyone know a free ichurch or government based drug and rehab program where you can stay in either SC, NC

There is a young man who goes to our church and has been in and out of short term rehabs. He is a christian but still relapses every 3 - 4 weeks or so. He is homeless now and on probation. Could anyone please give any info as to where and how to go about getting into a program with no income.

I almost went web-surfing for the answers, but he probably knows more than anybody. If he's been in and out of the short term rehabs, he's been exposed to the other tools of recovery. Using them is his choice. Love him, encourage him, support him, but let go and let God. It is a fierce battle he's engaged in and his recuperation needs to be by his own will - and God's will - not ours. I know it sounds harsh, but... God has ways we can't possibly see. All too often well-intentioned efforts do nothing more than get in way of God's plan.
