If by girly you mean princesses and things, I'm not sure... But when you say missions I think of games like GTA (you can pick buy and pick his outfits...) I enjoy those types of games so I consider them girly enough...  Sorry for not being more helpful.

Animal Crossing, you can design your own clothes, and there is lots to do :)
