Not sure what part of the city you're looking for, but a few of my favourites are:

Momo-Yama

6 -3919 Richmond Road SW

(Great food, reasonably priced)

Sushi Ginza

Willow Park Village

(Good restaurant and presentation)

Misai Japanese Restaurant

7 - 1915 32 Ave NE

(Good food, service is hit or miss depending on how busy they are)
