Lastminute.com has LOTS, and also the websites of each respective tour operator.  Last minute holidays aren't really a specialised thing anymore, you can get pretty much the same deals everywhere.  I went to Greece really cheaply last year through a deal on the thomsonfly.com website.  Good luck!
