This would be sort of a business dinner, so we're looking for something with nice decor, good food, and great service. Thank you

  1. OK. After you wine and dine your clients at these fancy "fusion" Viet cuisine places, do yourself a favor by stopping by The Turtle Tower (Tháp Rùa) or Bodega, both on the same side of Larkin Street at Eddy, only a block from each other) for authentic Northern Vietnamese dishes, especially the beef noodle soup (phở bò) and crab meat rolls (nem cua bể) at The Turtle Tower.

  2. Can't go wrong with Stockton Blvd in South Sacramento if you're feeling up for a day trip..

  3. Bong Su is the best in San Francisco - what Slanted Door used to be, only better.  The food is creative and delicious.  The menu is presented with info about the region in Viet Nam that each dish originates from, so its an interesting education.  The decor is elegant with a slight edge, and the service is at the caliber of any five star restaurant.

    Check it out:  http://www.bongsu.com

And they even have private rooms, if you need privacy for a business meeting.  Enjoy!

  4. Le Colonial

  5. Le Colonial

  6. the slanted door in the ferry building.

there's also bong su which also has great decor, food, & service. bong su is located at 311 third street (cross street: folsom).

  7. Tu Lan at 6th and Market - scary neighborhood - fantastic food!!

  8. If you're talking business dinner then something like the Slanted Door, Thanh Long or Crustacean would work.  They're more fusion-style Vietnamese but very good choices.
