Does anyone know a good agent company?!?!?!

i need an agent because after my next play at magic circle theature i am going BACK to john robert powers for my auditions for a upcoming jonas show..(apparently) and more...but i need a good agent...one who is nice, funny, and is good with all the ACTING STUFF....i hate having to do it myself!
