Fed up with my current supplier and cavasers that don't keep promises. If your a MD using a good company, your feedback would be even more appreciated

Get out your local Yellow Pages, and start phoning around.  If you have transport, ask if you can go and see them (and how they run their business).  I think you can get a better idea (and feel) of how an operation works if you see them on their own territory, rather than some Rep. coming to you, opening up his case and giving you the "gift of the gab".  All so many are interested in is getting your signature on the dotted line; he get's his commission for getting another "new customer"; what happens after that doesn't really concern him.

Maybe a smaller "family-run" kind of business may be more inclined to not only want your custom to start with, but want to keep it, and also, you would probably be treated on a more "friendly" basis.  Not just an account number on their computer that they send out a bill to once a month.

I think you get what you pay for, so if its cheap, thats the service you get!
