For me Scrapgirls is the hands down winner. Great information, gallery, freebies, newsletters and lessons for all types of image software (PSP, PS etc). The selection in the boutique (shop) is out of this world!! A close second would be Two Peas in a Bucket. They cater to traditional, hybrid and digital scrapbooking.
