Neutrogena build a tan. But it on at night (make sure its dry) go to bed and you'll have a tan when you wake up in the morning.

Why don't you get a gradual tan lotion and apply it at night?

It'll take longer than a spray tan but it won't streak nearly as much and it will look superb!

Yes, you go to the salon and have it sprayed on.
