By using a combination of the library and internet, you can homeschool in every subject for free.  Ihave linked you to just one of many, many websites with free homeschooling programs.

Well, it depends on where you live and what grade you will be entering for the course.

I know in Florida the Florida Virtual School is free, so I'm pretty sure North Carolina's is, too.

I don't think you will find a FREE online homeschoolong program.  You can get a school loan.  Currently I am enrolled in an online University.  My loan is paying 100%.
