There is "Explosive" by Bond and the Explosions in the Sky, The Album Leaf, and Unwed Sailor all are instrumental bands that are amazing and would be great for Modern or Contemporary Ballet. If you don't like those then you should try soundtracks- they always have instrumental music that is really good.
