The Spain Restaurant...it's soo good. There is wonderful tapas and it's very inexpensive. I go there everytime I am in the city.

There are a lots of very good latin restaurant in NYC, however, one that is a little more exotic and creative is Asia de Cuba.  In fact, much of their latin food has  italian and greek influences.  Just make sure you call for a reservation if you plan on going.
