Does anyone know a good lawyer in the Uk?

Question

Someone who hasn’t got a criminal record ( he hasn't charged for the crime) but his DNA and fingerprints have been taken by the police, basically he's got the file.

Now this person is looking for a good lawyer who can get that taken off his record as if it never existed.

Does anyone know a good lawyer?

Im sorry the words good and lawyer shouldn't be used in the same sentnence as they contradict eachother.

Maybe you can start a pressure group so the law is changed so they don't keep DNA of people who aren't charged? I think that's the only way you will make any real change.
