I don't know of a specific photographer, but if you visit www.newjersey.bbb.org, you can click on "Find an Accredited Business."  Then, from the alphabet selection, select "P" and scroll down to the various photography categories.  

Click on a category and it will list those companies who are accredited by the BBB.  Being BBB accredited is not necessarily a guarantee of a good experience, but it tells you that they have a history of good customer service and are pledged to resolve disputes.  So it's a good piece of the puzzle.  (You can click on a company name to view its BBB report.)

Please note that some listings show a small "BBBOnLine" icon next to them.  These are accredited businesses who also participate in the BBB's BBBOnLine program (you can learn more about BBBOnLine on the BBB's website).  But all of the companies in the list should be accredited by the BBB.
