Does anyone know a good plyometric workout for increasing vertical leap?

I am trying to increase my leaping ability but I am unsure the most efficient way to do this, can you help?

  1. I hope you already have a good strength base before doing plyos. There's info here http://offto.net/jumpjump/ but anyway...

    ankle hops 2x20

    line jumps (side to side) 2x40 each foot

    box jumps 3x8

    lunge jumps 3x12

    rim touches 3x10

    tuck jumps 3x15

    This is just a sample. Don't do the same workout for too long. It'll stop working. Make your workout harder as you progress. Do it twice a week or less. Plyos require a lot of recovery.
