Does anyone know a good tennis workout?

i need to get ready for my tennis season and get more conditioned. please help and tell of any good work out.

  1. Ok, my conditioning schedule is:

    running (3.3 mi)

    lunges

    a lot of jump rope

    karaoke (like the grapevine...i guess)

    and ur basic stretches

  2. Run, play soccer,swim, and swing your arm in circle motions,backwards,forewards,big circles,small circles.

  3. A good tennis work out that you should do a few times a week is:

    Five-ten minutes at net short court,

    Ten minutes at the base line trying to hit to your partner,

    then five minutes on each shot (forehand, backhand and volleys)

    Take 5-10 minutes on your serve also!  

    then you can play games to 11 or one game to 21..

    its a good workout to make sure you can hit all of your shots
