Does anyone know a good / upstanding company or services that will build my MLM downline?

I have been working with a company ( http://www.freecardmatrix.com/index.aspx?refid=russrenn ) that pays for credit card applications. They do not charge any fees to make money. All commissions come from the acquisition cost that the credit card companies pay for new applications. ( you done not get paid by charging your friend a fee to sing up ) all you do is refer, refer, refer. Since there is no sign up cost, It is pretty easy to get people interested but I need a good way to find MLM people beyond my circle.

We use popunder advertising for our financial sites with fairly good results. You could check out http://www.ifsmall.com for some cheap prices and we have used them for about 3 years now. You couls buy run-of-network ads for around $20 for 100K, but i would recommend staying with the USA/Canada traffic for credit cards. Hope this helped you.
