Does anyone know a good video editing program thats free?

well .. i have windows movie maker. but it doesnt do EVERYTHING that i need. i need a program that has stuff like making parts of it fast, cutting parts out, putting parts of other video's and pictures in it, and not too complicated. please help? i need a program ASAP. <333 thanks
