They have grungy and girly layouts.

the one i use is webfetti.smileycentral.com, unfortunately i don't know how to apply my layout to my profile. i hope u like the site

I cant remember this website but they let you create ur own everything. They let you chose the background, the layout, the tweaks and much more.
