Does anyone know a good website that I can find someones name through there email address?

So a friend of mine is getting threatend by someone that she doesnt know through email. Is there a way that I can find out who this person is without spending a ton of money?

cops can do it but will they? first open up email and write down all IP addresses then check IP's on phaster.com  at least you'll know what state its coming from or country. Good Luck
