Don't buy a guitar on the internet.  You need to try it to see how it sounds, how it feels, how easy it is to play, and so on.  Go to a music store.

You might want to check ebay, depending on how soon you need your guitar by. I was able to buy a brand new Acoustic Guitar by Takamine on Ebay for only $100.
