  1. Hi,

A restaurant - guide will probably help you find a good one.

  2. Just as some of the other answerers have mentioned:

    VERSAILLE (couple locations)

PORTO'S BAKERY is also very good

    Two locations (Glendale & Burbank)

(excellent sandwiches [try the Cuban sandwich; cafe con leche & potato balls....Pastries are also very good, reasonably priced)

Here are a couple very authentic ("THE REAL DEAL!") little "hole in the wall" Cuban restaurants that were highly recommended by Cuban friends that goes there regularly (I've tried both...yes....very authentic & very good!):

    EL CONCHINITO RESTAURANT

    3508 W Sunset Blvd.

    Los Angeles, CA 90026

    Ph: (323)668-0737

    LILI'S CUBAN BUFFET

    (626) 351-1020

    3887 E Sierra Madre Blvd,

    Pasadena, CA

  3. Definatly Versailles, they have the best food!

  4. Mambo's in Glendale

  5. Nop, sorry...

  6. Versailles (sp).  Locations that I know of are on La Cienega, on Sepulveda around Hermosa Beach, and Culver City (the original and best).  here is also a small shop in Universal's City Walk in the City Food park.  Try their garlic chicken.

  7. Porto's Bakery in Burbak

The make desserts and sandwiches only, but they're good.
