The 4 low fiber foods are as follows:

1. chicken noodle soup (about 1 gram per serving of fiber)

2. turkey sandwich on white bread (2 grams)

3. macaroni salad (2 grams)

4. watermelon (<1 gram).

Do you know of a high fiber replacement for these items?

  1. 1. Bean soup (check the fiber content - beans are higher in fiber than noodles) or just beans or lentil soup

    2.  Try a high fiber bread (they usually say high fiber on them), whole grain bread and turkey

    3. Fiber rich yogurt topped with pistachios or high fiber cereal

    4. Pears or strawberries (higher in fiber)

  2. 1) chicken noodle soup with whole grain noodles 3.5 grams

    2) turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread 4.3 grams

    3) macaroni salad using whole grain pasta

    4) one cup raspberries 8.34 grams

You might just want to check out the fiber one cereal or products. The cereal has 57% of you daily fiber in just one serving. here is a list of high fiber foods you might want to check out. Scroll down on the link a little bit. http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art4...
