toddlers NEED to be playing and interacting with others not stuck in front of the computer screen --at most they should spend maybe 10-15 minutes each day there.

Playhouse Disney.com probably the best known, but also try your local public station's offerings for their CTW (Children's Television Workshop) shows such as Sesame Street, Clifford the Big Red Dog and other kiddie favorites. These educational channels offer some adult and teacher features as well so you can work along with your child.
