An easy way to do it is to use iTunes! You can pay for songs using a prepaid card that you can buy in many corner stores, or you can use a credit card. after you download iTunes, create an account and log in to the iTunes music store, download some songs, and put them on a play list, and you should see a "burn to CD" button somewhere on the screen. Pop a blank CD into your disc tray, and press the button. Your computer will alert you when it's done burning.

only if you're willing to pay for the service.  you can always check out cd's from your public library and copy them onto your computer.  once they're on there, you can make mix cd's.
