Does anyone know a nice cheap b&b to stay in in Mumbai?

And also any deatails about the train from Goa to Mumbai would be useful... me and my boyfriend are going to Goa for 2 weeks but taking a few days out to go to Mumbai. Oh and we'll have about 600 quid between us... should this be enough aslong as we dont go all out on the touristy suff?
