I'm not familiar with one in that area really, but to get a shop team these days, it takes more than just sending in a tape. I ride for my local shop, it took alot to get on the team, and they don't let really any random person on, its mostly all higher up people that they know, i dont know if it sthe same way out there, but it might take some work to get on it , but good luck
