No phone at verizon wireless gives free web browsing, but you can buy the plan or add a 15 dollar a month for web browsing, but that does not apply i believe if you have a newer phone like for instants the Voyanger you have to get the new plans nationwide which instead of charging per minute it charges per megabyte. So its cheaper if you get the 15dollar amonth if you think you will always be on the web. They also include plans in the new nationwide network where you can get free text, picture, I.m, with anyone in the U.s. but you would be charge per megabyte used online. =] hope that helped any cleared up something.
