Hi there... I emailed a friend who lives in Singapore and here's what she wrote:

Pet Lovers Centre in Vivo City - on the 3rd floor near Daiso has a great selection and they can take them apart to make it easier to take home, they are quite easy to assemble or they deliver for free if you spend more than $50!  All Pet Lovers Centres have cat trees and towers but the Vivo City branch has the biggest selection.

Try looking at pet shops in Holland Village area. Pet Lovers Centre has a couple of stores, but you should only visit the Vivocity branch to look for cat trees. I bought mine at Pet Station (Tiong Bahru Plaza) 3 years ago. The range of cat trees is quite limited in Singapore, so don't expect to see lots of fancy designs that are available in USA
