  1. I know EXACTLY what you are talking about....I have yet to find a place. Bobby Fley had a fluffy taco throwdown on the Foodnetwork. Those look so good!!! My Mom and I have been on a mission to find them. I found one place in Santa Fe....too far.


  2. What's a "fluffy" taco? Is it deep fried flour tortilla? If that is the case, you can get a Chimichangas. It is a deep fried flour tortilla with taco kind of stuff inside. Hope that helps.  Don Ramon's in SF has them on the menu.
