There are many people willing to teach PK.  However, there has yet to be one single person who has been able to learn PK.  Well, if there has he/she hasn't demonstrated it.

There is not one system of learning or training that has been studied and shown to be effective much less more effective than another system. In fact they just haven't been studies at all. Most of the scientific research has focused on gathering evidence for the ability not on ways to learn or improve it.

I have included some links below to some of the scientific research literature and hopefully that will give you some thoughts on how best to accomplish this for yourself.

You already know it.  In fact, most of us do and are rather skilled at it.  According to Webster's dictionary, telekinesis is "the ability to move or deform inanimate objects, as metal spoons, through mental processes."

Start with something lightweight, those things are easier to move.  Let's try your mouse.  Concentrate on it real hard.  Think about where you want to move it to.  Now watch in amazement as your hand reaches out, grabs the mouse, and moves it there!  That was all done by your mental processes.  Amazing, huh?

Stand in the middle of the 405 and concentrate on not getting creamed by a truck. It will be difficult at first as most vehicles that will cream you will be cars, and not trucks, so it would be hard to tell if that was your telekinetic ability or just luck. Oh, you only get once chance at getting creamed, so make it good.
