I don't know if Full Tilt offers that. Try PokerSourceOnline. They have a few of those instant free bankrolls but I think they are for Party and Titan

Most poker sites don't give you starting money unless you also deposit money on the site, then you get a percentage back depending on how much you play.  If you plan to play with real money on FTP you should look into Rake the Rake " http://www.raketherake.com/ "or similar programs.  With Rake the Rake you can get 27% of the rake back when you do play with real money.  You need to sign up with RTR before signing up with FTP.
