Does anyone know a quick easy way to loose weight without dangerous dieting methods?

i have a big party coming up in three weeks and i need to loose as much weight as possible without making myself ill is there any way that i could because i exercise allot but still cant seem to loose the weight.

  1. eat small portions every 2-3 hours, and do lots of cardio.

  4. it is lose,not loose. You cannot set your body a time for losing weight...fat loss is safe only when its slow...you shoudnt lose beyond 3 lbs /week...do cardio and toning exercises in moderation 5 days a week and eat a healthy small meal every 4 hours...stay confident
