Does anyone know a real estate open in Melbourne on a Sunday, one that deals in residential rentals???

Question

Preferably one around South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor, St Kilda or Richmond?

I'M REALLY DESPERATE.

My flatmate is moving out on Monday (which is a public holiday) and she's dicking me around with the bond I paid to her when I moved in. I need her to sign a tenant transfer authority form withing 5 days.

Of course this all could have been organised earlier but she only told me Friday night and when I range the RE agent on Saturday morning he told me she never lodged the form or my bond with him. She's moving to the country so she wont be around to do it by the time the RTBA opens on Tuesday when I could go in and get the form myself. My only option is to find a RE open tomorrow and get her to do the form before she goes on Monday.

Well I'm not really sure of your question here Do you mean because your flat mate is leaving at short notice,you have to find new accommodation.Or do you mean you have to find another tenant to share your present lodgings.Pretty sure if you ring around tomorrow these agents will have a contact number to ring.However if the present f/mate has to finalise things in 5 days so too will the bond
