My friend and I haven't seen each other for ages....so we are meeting up in AC for dinner...any suggestions where to go?...we are looking for an upscale place, with good food and drinks...

it all depends what you like,i would suggest italian food: arturo in bally's or primavera at caesars.there is also bluepoint at harrah's if you like raw bar,seafood and steak,most of the casinos have an upscale restaurant...have fun....
