Does anyone know a site for Online free photo editing/ retouching?

i have a few pictures that i would like to retouch/edit. for example i would like to remove any scars or spots etc. can anyone recommend me a sit were you can upload photos and do this online for free please.

Do a Yahoo search for "online photo editing".  You'll get lots of results.

A lot of these places also use this forum as a place for viral marketing, so search for similar questions.  I don't feel like doing their advertising for them.
