Does anyone know a site where I can get a comment poll or something like that for my page?

Incase you didn't understand well my question, I have a site on bravehost on my drawings and stuff, thing is I don't have a section where people can leave me a comment on that same webpage, I am trying to look for a site to find codes to paste on my bravehost page so ppl can vote and leave comments on that page saying their opinions and stuff like that, if u know a site for that, please let me know, I'll appreciate it alot^^!

try cbox.com, i think there are other simmilar sites but it's the only one i could think of at this time...
