you can go to the website of the company and complain. then when you tell them about your horrible service or food; which is by no means a lie because it always sucks, at least here, and the service is awful, they will send you coupons for free food.  Sometimes they will call and follow up with you about your experience. I have done this a lot, yet it was always legit.  I have really bad luck at restaurants and getting great service.  I even got 2 cheeseburgers from mcdonalds that had NO meat on them once, and got home before I knew.  That is the best idea I have.  If you did this I would make it real.  Taking advantage is not necessarily the best morals; I don't condone it.  Just slippin' the tip.
