  1. theres a brand of prepackaged vege/vegan foods called Tasty Bites. theyre awesome! try some of those [all clearly labeled with what they have or dont have in them] and see what you like, then find the recipes online.

  2. Thai Red Curry or Yellow Curry with Jasmine Rice, as long as you use a vegan curry paste and don't use fish sauce. Do a search, there are plenty of recipes.

  3. black bean burgers

  4. Spicy African Peanut Stew

    16 oz canned sweet potatoes

    1 large onion, chopped

    1 red bell pepper, chopped

    1 package frozen spinach, thawed

1 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy

    Cayenne pepper to taste

Throw everything in a crock pot.  Cook 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs on low.  Eat over mashed potatoes or cooked grains.

I use more than 1/4 tsp of cayenne, but I like my food hot.

  5. I make a yummy caserole.   It is like a shepherd pie, just no crust.   You cook up a tomatoe sauce and add what ever vegetables you like.  Then I add the tofu crumbles,  that look like cooked beef.   Put it in a baking dish and spread mashed potatoes over the top.  People love it.  It is easy to make.

  6. I'm sorry.  I checked all of my recipes and they all contain wheat.  I really tried.  Good luck to you and I hope you find some new recipes.

I have included a website you may find helpful.  http://www.fatfreevegan.com/gluten-free/...

My husband also recommends Amaranth flour.  It contains a lot more protein than wheat flour.  It has 15 complete proteins compared to wheat's 9.

Here is a link for the flour:
