Does anyone know a trainer in Phila park ???? Plz Help?

I'm looking for a trainer who resides at Phila Park. I had one i was helping out learning from but the barn is hr and a half to track and would be money wasted. Ready to start claiming and want a good ALL-Natural no drugs trainer. Can anyone steer me in the right direction. Also wondering if can take trainers test without ever working "on the track" or how long to do so. ?? Thanks
