Does anyone know a very cheap hotel in San Sebastian? I'd like to stay in a private single room in the city centre for around 30 euro. a shared bathroom is ok, no luxury (just a bed) is ok too as long as it's clean

  1. You can search and choose hotel information, rates and availability for free in over 200 countries world wide at my profile.

  2. Search here for cheap hotels

    http://www.jetsetgotravels.com

It provides search option like near a landmark etc

Also it provide searches from more than one source.

But beware ... cheap hotels can be trouble some times so check reviews of the hotel your are going to book.

Check the exact location of hotel from google maps.

  3. for a great deal check out http://www.travelcusehotels.com. the site is an aggregator which means it searchs other sites and presents you with the best deals available. hope this helps!

  4. Hotels in San Sebastian are never "very cheap". That's true. Are you asking for summer, by chance? If so, I don't think you'll have much luck as the prices go up for summer (and late spring and early autumn). Plus, summer rooms are booked months in advance - particularly the cheaper ones.

Even the hostels (called "hostales" in Spain/Spanish) are rarely cheaper than 45 Euros there and closer to a minimum of 55 Euros in the summer. There are about 50 of these which have websites.

You might have to stay in a Youth Hostel - although you won't (necessarily) have a private room to yourself. The two downtown are 28 Euros per night in the summer.

If you haven't been before, you'll love San Sebastian-Donostia. Beautiful city, great food, wonderful scenery.
