Ok, so you live in Canada thats good.

Check out placement agenices. They're usually only temp. jobs. Some are Manpower, Drake, Adecco. Just seach "job placement agency".

You cannot work legally in Canada ( or any other country) while there as a tourist.  You must have a work visa and these are hard to get ( in all countries.)  Employers are not going to advertise for illegal workers or they are liable for fines. Sorry, but that is the way  it is.
