does anyone know a webiste that you can create a family tree and look at birth marriage and death records withought paying

That one is free to searching for records.  It is a pilot project.  They are adding more info everyday.

That one you can download their PAF to store your tree on your own computer.

When you are ready to make your findings public (minus the living) then go to file then export.  Make a gedcom there.

That is where you upload your gedcom.  You cannot add to it but you can update it by making another gedcom

I use it to store mine.  I have had to download my gedcom several times over a decade when my computer crashed.

But you can email yourself a copy of your gedcom and store it there in a file.  That works too.  I use my yahoo email for that.

Go to myheritage.com its great and Free . You can make your own tree and research and it has a thing on there called smart-match and will match you up with your relatives .( even if you dont know them )

ancestry.com   you do have to pay but i would think it's worth it; especially if your interested in building your family tree and finding ancesctors.
