Question:

Does anyone know a workout than can get me ripped?

I am 15, about 5'8" 133 lbs. I am athletic, but I play baseball, and I want to get ripped by January or February.

Does anyone know a workout plan to give me nice arms, chest, and abs?

Possibly a Leg workout too?? I want to get faster!

    what you need to do in order to get ripped/buff is focus on the three main workouts: Bench press, Squats, and Deadlift

    For bench and squat, find your one max rep, then once you find it do 4 sets of 6 reps with 65% of your max. Bench will give you a nice chest and triceps, so you kill 2 birds with one stone. Squat will give you strong quads which are the foundation of your build.

    for deadlift find your one rep max and do 4 sets of 8 reps at 60% of your max. deadlift is a lift that is strict on form so you should go a bit lighter at first. deadlift gives you an amazing back, and strong abs because it works your core as well

    if you work on these 3 lifts consistently, i guarantee that by january you WILL notice a lot of differences in your body
