I just received an email inviting me to a webinar to educate me on their product. Would this be a productive move for our agency, are they a prorater type gig, or a company, or what?

They harvest people's information, and sell you the leads.  Not just to you, though, the sell the leads to a BUNCH of different agents.

The way to tell if it's a good move for you, is to see if they'll only charge for the leads that you end up writing.  OR, if they'll agree to not sell you a lead they have, or are going to sell, to any other agency.
