Does anyone know about Panda search?

When i get emails from Panda search why ary they saying if you fill out these surveys panda search will add x*x amount of dollars to your account...Are they saying they will add this to my account and mail it out at a later time? And if so where do i go to get a total of amounts of surveys I have filled out? Do they really pay????
